Not a member of TVL SoftCare Technical Support? Yes, I am a member of TVL SoftCARE Technical Support
If you just purchased the software, you are entitled to 30 days of FREE technical support which starts one working week after the date the product was shipped. Please check the invoice/shipped date on your TVL original invoice.

Rapid Start: This is a support option which is only offered with new software sales and at the point-of-purchase. The program costs $99.00! and covers all your questions for 5 months from the date of shipping.

Free Technical Support Options: Technicians prioritize support to the SoftCARE members; however, they will respond to questions if you submit them using the methods below. Average response time can be within a few days.

Yahoo Messenger: You will need to install a copy of Yahoo Messenger to use this feature, the icons below show which technicians are currently online at the moment.

As a member of TVL SoftCARE, you can call our 1-800 Technical Service line 24 hours per day or send your requests via Email, Yahoo or Fax. All Technical services calles are answered on a priority and severity basis.

Before you call TVL Technical Support, please have the following information ready:

  • Product Version (top right corner of the main menu) or Help About in K2
  • Details of the problem or question, what happened or what you would like the system to do
  • Your software serial number: on the original disk, inside the cover of the user's guide or on your original invoice

Extended Technical Support: By calling our main switchboard after hours, you will be directed to our technical support deptment:

Yellow alert: notifies a technician within 4 hours (24 hours per day) and he/she will call you back to support your issue.

Red Alert: notifies a technician immediately and he/she will call you back ASAP (usually within minutes)
